There was some initial confusion regarding the delivery of our order to the intended recipient who claimed that she never received the arrangement. Although Charlene insisted that the arrangement was delivered to the correct address (left it on the porch, she cheerfully agreed to prepare another arrangement which the recipient confirmed was received. We very much appreciated Charlene's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the resolution of this problem. Thank you Charlene!
